Teach me how to be
not way too touchy
Sometimes they laugh at me
for my sensitivity

Yeah, I’m aware of what they see
I’m like a sore thumb to this society
some kind of an anomaly
instead of what they wish me to be

So, you may teach me how to be insensitive
Something’s got to give
or just let me live
even when you think I’m so stiff

Be careful what you wish for
I could be cold, but would you like me more?
I don’t think so
and I think it’s enough for me to know
