texts exchanged and Court date in series of small battles

I wanted to write yesterday, but boy we had a busy day! I got a copy of court date mailed to matt in the mail yesterday. I opened it and it said he is in acreage of almost $1,600 and he need to show up on the date to avoid getting an warrant out for his arrest.
This is not first time that happened. this is second. I’ve noticed a pattern. Matt will not pay for 6-8 months then tax season rolled by, he paid all, and then again doesn’t pay for 6-8 months… once tax season came, he paid. So here we are, 6 months behind..... we are entering an tax season. So let’s see if he will pay. I am starting to get tired of this bullcrap.

Anyway I text matt yesterday because this weekend is his weekend, and Mykl have contest at the school on Saturday at 9 am in the morning so I text Matt to see whats up… what he want to do about that. He said ” I don’t want him this weekend” I thought ok then we will switch a weekend ( which we have done that before) and he said ” I don’t want him next weekend either” then of course.. I should know this was coming.
” I want to switch a weekend on the 25th, because my birthday is on the 24th and I have a wedding to attend on the 26th, so I want him that weekend” then said ” but I will get him 25th of this month to 29th, so you will drive all the way to alma, and I will drop him off at your home on 29th”

wtf.... I asked him that before if we could do that, that one weekend because I had plans and he threw a fit and said NOPE halfway!!!!!!!!!

so I told him ” No we agreed to do halfway, so we will continue with that decision, and fine you can have him the weekend of your bday. I will see you on 25th in lansing and 29th in lansing. have a good day”

he text me back and said ” good Mondays wont be an issues then, so don’t complain it to me about it anymore”

wtf Monday is always an issue. He knew that, but” that Monday, kids have no school due to midwinter break… and we are not doing anything because of that. so that’s why I agreed to it”

I told him, well ” I will see you on 19th anyway are you sure you don’t want mykl next week, you will be here in town, you can take him home with you”

” hmm why would I be in town?”

” You have court, on 19th of this month”

he doesn’t believe me.. oh well, his loss then.
