Destiny Rules by Fleetwood Mac in The Song Remembers When

If you’ve read my entries for any length of time, you’ve probably come across this. Destiny Rules is more than just my favorite song, it’s like a life motto. I have two tattoos that reference this song.

This song is like a talisman of hope for me. Whenever things get too sticky, whenever I start to feel ashamed of things that I’m feeling, I just remember a line from this song and remind myself that I’m human. It’s unexplainable. This song is like a blanket to me.

I don’t know what else to say. I get so much comfort in that line, “no one’s a fool”.
