Regrets & Refunds in Everything Else

I have just requested a refund on a class I signed up for in November. I have tried twice now to get the app to run correctly, uninstalling two programs and then reinstalling them with a nice scan and clean tool in between and it is still crashing my network. I am beyond behind and in all honesty the course is boring the hell out of me. It is definitely NOT what I had been expecting. From the beginning of the first lesson I regretted it. I am hoping the refund comes through. There is definitely something wrong with their app/program and it is not my fault. You can only do so much right?
