Sorting out. in A small but passable life.

I’ve got the kitchen sorted out and stocked up for at least a week or two.

I renewed my Arizona ID card and library card.

When I was at the library today I perused the used books for sale shelves. I found the 6th edition of the National Geographic Atlas of the World for $5. The 10th edition is $135.00 on Amazon. I love maps. I also found Masterpieces of World Philosophy in Summery Form for seventy-five cents. It is 1166 pages. A tome.

Mom is trying to be more active and mobile but she’s having a hard time. And she’s not liking it. I’m doing most everything. But that’s why I’m here. That was the deal.

Daughter called me this morning during her break at work. We talked for a bit. She had sent me a picture of the first wedding cake she had ever baked.

I told her she had nailed it!

Anyway, I’ve got to get dinner on. And Rummikub is tonight. So I’d better stop scribbling.
