We had the windows open to day, not fully open or Ziggy would be of and I’m not as quick as him. Today has been remarkable mild, looking back there was a few days that had me zipping up my winter jacket to my chin, I’m not one of those who go out in a thin shirt with a light summer jacket; and neither are I like a old chap I saw on a hot June day – heavy coat gloves scarf and hat!

When my Daughter got home she walked round looking at my cleaning round the kitchen ‘I passed’ It was nice to let Ziggy and Lola out knowing there paws would be clean’ish when they came in; and knowing my trousers would not gain any more muggy paws imprints. I have learned enough to just it to dry, then it falls off then I get the mop and bucket out.

Last week I sent a letter to ‘Pete’s Dragon’ they were the charity that put together the Christmas Hamper and send them out we received on Christmas Eve, I had a lovely e-mail from them, they must have made Christmas better for many families over the years; just receiving the hamper helps!

We haven’t quite finished with the hamper yet, there was a Christmas card that we take to the Hall Of Cornwall in Truro, showing the card we were given three tickets to a show of our choosing through most of 2016, now we just have to choose a show we all like …….. We’ll get back to you on this one!
