Day 15 Month 1 Year 2016 in BookThree: Flight Log 2016

You’d think I should be a little smarter.
My wife bought something to help with the snoring… an oral piece that resembles a complicated mouth guard. She wanted me to try it last night. Of course I did, being the guy that I am. I am an idiot. The whole… having something in my mouth thing… made sleep almost impossible. Not a wise move considering today involves a long drive and an interview.

4.5 hour drive TO interview was difficult. So sleepy. So boring. SO much road to cover. Got to the courthouse with 20 minutes to spare. Then the guy interviewing me walks in about ten minutes later. Remembers me from interviewing me last year and says it’ll be a minute.
Overall? The interview felt REALLY good. We even discussed pay scale and annual raises and the like. Honestly… I left there feeling like I may have gotten the job. BUT… no celebrations, no “good jobs.” Until there is an offer, there is nothing. Time to rest up and prepare for my interview on Monday!
