Ranting in New Diary

I am a client with this one agency called West Virginia Choice. They provide home care aids. I am really fed up with therm. I started out with a good worker who worked for a month before she quit. I was without any help for a long time and then she sent me an woman who did not know how to cook. She not make any coffee. Then she got real personal asking me all kinds of questions about my illness and personnel life. She took a lot of medical leaves and I was without help for a long time. Then they sent me a worker who confessed that she was a lesbian. She had to bring her girlfriend to work and I think she stole money from me. I get the next worker who showed up one day and I haven/t seen her since. She was supposed to be here today at 9 but was a no show.

I have had it with this agency., I want someone who is reliable, will come to work when they are supposed to and does not get too personal. I want somebody to come in do her job and leave. I do not think that is asking too much I have been without any kind of help longer than I’ve had people come in. It is very frustrating.,

I do not know what is out there . There is one other agency I’ve dealt with and I’m not impressed with them. Their workers never showed up at the scheduled time and would comer at any time they felt like coming. I would like to go with a private agency but I do not know what is out there . I feel I am stuck with this West Virginia Choice and I’m not getting good service from them. I do not know how to go about making a change,
