Monday in New Diary

I am up and in one piece. I am having a good morning. I d not troubled by arthritis. I feel a little stiff but no pain. This is a good feeling. Had a good night I spent most of it reading my book State of Denial. Then I watched a tv show called A Haunting on the Destination America channel. For some reason that is one of my favorite shows. I don’t believe in that stuff but I love to watch shows about the paranormal. I must be weird.
