Trying to remember what it was I ate when I didn’t eat sugar (or substitutes) or wheat (or drink soda).
Let’s see.
Oatmeal for breakfast. Milk. Banana. Coffee, maybe.
Cheese and fruit for lunch.
Corn chips and salsa.
Potatoes, other vegetables.
Rice.
Meat.
Beans.
Eggs.
Was that it?
I don’t know if I could do that again or not. I hadn’t really thought about trying.
I have been in a pretty deep pit of self-indulgence for quite some time.
But with the new year coming....
Maybe.....
Maybe not.
We will see.
Also....
How about processed foods? What are they? Give me examples, please.
Are my corn chips and salsa processed? Well of course they are.
I plead innocence for corn chips because they only contain three ‘simple’ ingredients. Corn, vegetable oil and salt.
Salsa if I check the label might just be tomatoes, onions, peppers, hot and not.
