Monday Morning in New Diary

I had good night with no nightmares and I watched a real scary tv show called A Haunting. It was on the Destination America channel . it was about this family who moved into an hold house It turned out to be haunted by a demonic presence. They did research and found out that a lot of murder suicides happened in the house. They were determined to stay in their home despite mounting danger. They got in a team of paranormal researchers. They had a psychic on the team and he was taken over b y the demon. He got very violent and yelled out that they were all going to die. They finally got a Catholic bishop to do an exorcism and after that they had no more trouble.

I had a good day yesterday Spent a lot of time with Chocolatechip. She is of great comfort to me. We listened to music choice cannel that played some old time rock and role songs. They had some good music on that channel. We played a game of cards yesterday and she beat me as usual. She even cooked dinner and did the dishes.

I was chatting with Comcast yesterday. I wanted to downgrade my cable. I was able to get a somewhat cheaper package. My bill will only be going down b y ten dollars They had a cheaper package but I was only going to get ten channels and no CNN. Hate dealing with Comcast but in my building we are pretty much stuck with Frontier or Comcast

I did a little bit of reading in my book Plan of Attack. I was reading about how they finally set a date to attack Iraq. Bush was still going the diplomatic route. The administration was trying to get a second UN resolution. It was being blocked by France and the Soviet Union. France did not want to go to war United Kingdom headed by Tony Blair supported the US and would provide troops. But Blair was faced with a strong opposition. He wanted a second resolution from the UN to make the claim that they tried every option. This was why Bush supported the diplomatic effort.

The delay in attacking Iraq was making MID east allies nervous. They were beginning to wonder if Bush was not serious about war. Saudi Arabia was a supporter of war. But they were beginning to have doubts. Bush had a meeting with the Saudi ambassador. He was assured that Bush was deadly serious about invading Iraq. But he had to support Tony Blair in getting a second resolution.

I remember reading that the CIA already had agents inside Iraq. They were in an area controlled by the Kurds which was in the northern part of Irag. Kurds had a semi autonomous region and hated Sadam. These agents were recruiting spies and planning attacks. I remember reading that they blew up a train which was their first act of sabotage

I am enjoying this book I hope to finish it by the end of year. I try to read at least twelve books a year. I remember reading someplace that Americans are not reading books. At the most they might read one or two books a year., I as always I set a reading goal of twelve books every year. I did a lot of reading and I belive I have went beyond the twelve books.

Well I hope my worker shows up today. She did not show up all last week. I called the agency Friday. They found out she wasn’t feeling very good and wanted to take a couple days off till Christmas. Said she will be back after Christmas. I hope they do come back. grrr.

11:30am Well my worker didn’t show up. I have had three different workers from West Virginia Choice. The first one lasted about a month and then she quit. I had a second one that had something wrong with her foot. She took a medical leave of absence on me about two different times. The third one lasted about three weeks, She was sick last week The agency told me she would be back after Christmas. Well this is after Christmas and she is a no show

I called the agency today. I told her that Deena didn’t show up for work. They said they would contact her to find out what is going on. I said I wanted a new worker. She said they will start working on it. Damn This means I will be without help of any kind for a while.

I spent my time to good use. I was reading my book Plan of Attack by Bob Woodward. I was reading about last minute diplomatic efforts. Bush administration decided that all diplomacy had failed. They had gone through the US and had a resolution. France would block any other nd was totally against war. I was reading how he called other nations. Some would support his efforts while others would oppose war plans,

Well enough of that I am kind of disappointed with this West Virginia Choice.. They can’t seem to find any reliable help and will hire just about anybody. Grr.

I am not really impressed with West Virginia Choice. They can’t seem to get reliable help. This last worker violated all kinds of professionalism by brining in her gf to work.
