I m up. Slept pretty good last night. I woke up around 7:30 this morning. Arthritis was acting up Chocolatechip came up and we had nice visit. Her birthday is on the 29th. Elaine gave her a birthday present and she said not to open it until her birthday. I said you ought to open it now. She said she promised her sister she would wait. We are thinking it is either money or a gift card.

I had a good night last night. I read instead of watching Jeopardy. Which I could remember what I read. I 4remember about one part of t he book. George Bush made a speech to the U.N He called for more resolutions against Iraq. I was reading about how Collin Powel had to work out a deal with other nations about the wording of the resolution. He was able to get the deal through and it was for the most part what the US wanted.

Sadam did agree to let weapons inspectors to enter the country. The author was talking about these two weapons inspectors one was from Sweden and the other from Egypt. CIA was keeping tabs on them. It was thought they were not tough enough. They were supposed to be able to go anywhere in the country, interview anyone. But members of the Bush administration felt they were not doing their job right. They were not following the resolution.

The problem was that Bush Administration did not care for the U.N process. They felt that Sadam could bluff his way through and end up being in a stronger position. Bush wanted Sadam out. On the one hand he was going the diplomatic route while on the other preparing for war. They were getting intelligence reports that Sadam did have chemical and biological weapons. He felt that the only way to avoid an attack on the US or its allies was a preemptive strike to eliminate Sadam

I read until about 8:30 last night. I got to bed early. I was tired. I had another weird dream . I dreamt about this guy I new in High School. We got together years later. We were walking down the stets of our hometown and nobody remembered us. He was very sick. I remember him lying on my bed. This was when he confessed to me that he is on the run. But later on he making out with this one woman They were having a real good time.

Well this is a day before Christmas. It does not seem like Christmas. For one reason we have been having unseasonably warm weather. Temperatures have been in the 60s. I am not complaining. I hate winter and cold weather. I could care less if I ever see snow again in my life.,

Merry Christmas everyone
