J wasn’t happy but he was a man about allowing the tech to put all the probes and wires on him. He thought once that was done, then we’d leave. Poor guy. No couldn’t leave yet. He about broke my heard when he started crying real tears. He was scared and I knew it but I used my “gotta do what’s best for my little big man” mom part and prayed that God would calm him quickly. God Did. Thank You. He wouldn’t sleep in the bed. He insisted on the big recliner that was also in the room for “me”. The tech allowed and when the foot rest was out and I found a silly movie he actually was dozing before the wires were hooked into the monitor. By 1230 the tech came in and said, yes, he was qualified for a CPAP machine. However after 2 hours of trying to find one that would fit his face, we all gave up. He just continued monitoring J’s restless sleep and hopefully the main hospital branch will have something that will work. I am so proud of J for staying and not insisting we leave. Thankfully I’m still Mom, the Mom and he respects me even when he is so very afraid.

So thank you to all you prayer warriors not only for J and I but also for commonsensechristian’s ordeal. His daughter’s test turned out with wonderful news so I know this Christmas Season is going to extra EXTRA special for her new husband and her Dad, Mom and the rest of her friends and family. Not too bad for us folks in diary land either. Praise the Lord for all of His Blessings!!

And another blessing or blessings. Both of Fred’s old trucks are gone. (Fred was my husband who died 10 1/2 years ago). I have money to pay for the mounting of the deer head and shoulders of “J’s” deer and the two big kids each have a little more money to help them through December.
