Wednesday in New Diary

I have been reading last night. Been reading from my book called Rogue Lawyer by John Grisham. It is about a criminal attorney Sebastian Rudd. He defends all kinds of low life people. He came into contact with this one guy who is suspected of kidnapping and murdering a police officer’s daughter. This scum bag tried to hire him . While they were in conference the guy said he new where the body of the girl was but didn’t commit the crime. Rudd agrees to take the case for $5000 and the guy gives him a check. Rudd tries to cash the check but it bounces. He figures that he no longer is the guys attorney The contract is void.

This guy is being followed by the police. He manages to evade the police and then calls them. He tells the police that he talked to his lawyer Rudd. He told them that Rudd knows where the girls body is They call in Rudd and question him. The cops want the attorney to tell them where the body is. He says he can’t because it violates attorney client privilege

Anyways the police ended up kidnapping Rudd’s son. The deal is t hey will release the son provided Rudd discloses the location of the girls body. He agrees. But it turns out that it was all a lie Rudd manages to get his son back

Watched Jeopardy and read for a long time last night. Then I watched some TV and went to bed late. Had a good night with no weird dreams. Slept in late today,

I forgot to mention that I upgraded to Windows Ten the other day, It took a long time for the upgrade. it is completely different from Windows 8. The start menu is different. Then I noticed that they don’t have the sticky icons where you go to turn off the computer, They also have a lot of other things to the computer that Windows 8 did not have, They have this one feature called Corinthia or something like that It is a new game and I will probably have to buy a book about it

I feel pretty good this morning. No arthritis pain this morning. That is always a blessing, Coffee turned out good. Chocolatechip is going out with her sister and daughters to an Italian restaurant in town. I was not invited That is ok. I plan on spending the day doing laundry and reading

Back again. Feel the urge to write this morning. I am upset with one thing. I am working with this one agency that provides a home aid,. She provides home care. I had one good worker that came every day fixed breakfast help me clean up and straightens up my apartment. She quit after working for a month. They send me another girl and she has a lot of health issues. She took two medical leaves They haven’t provided me with anyone since quit. Kind of frustrated with this agency because they are not sending me anyone. They haven’t called or anything. Thinking about changing agencies but I am not sure how to go about doing this

Also I found a great website where I can play correspondence chess, It is called Chess Corner. I love to play chess but an not very good about it. I had about ten games going and so far I’ve lost two of them. Think I will lose most of them. I played two games with this one guy. I won the first one and lost the second. Grrr. It is only a game not like we are playing for money but I get so worked up when I’m playing chess. I like to win
