Saturday morning in New Diary

I slept in late getting up around 8:30. Arthritis has been acting up. I felt very stiff and sore in my hips and knees. Don’t handle pain very well and this has gotten me down. Depression hit me a little bit. On a scale of one to ten with one being a mild I would rate it as a 2 This was a shitty morning,.

Fiancé went back to smoking, She was on the nicotine patch. She was allergic to the patches and they were giving her a rash. She called her doctor last night. Dr Cower said to go off the patch. I am going to try them next month. I want to quit smoking I intend to try the patches next month. I want to quit. I keep thinking I don’t want to get cancer and end up having to go through chemo. Besides that I can no longer afford them .

I had a good night last night. I spent it reading Bazaar of Bad Dreams by Stehen King. I read a cou0le of good stories., Read till about ten and then went to bed
