A good friend reminded me of this… and I’ve nowhere else to put it
My wife LOVES TankGirl.
I have long been a fan of Lorry Petty.
She made a movie in 2008 about her life in small town Iowa. My wife and I are from Iowa, btw.
It is one of the first movies to make me know Jennifer Lawrence was destined for great things. It is one of the first movies to make me know Chloe Grace-Moretz was destined for great things.
It is a difficult movie to watch because it is somewhat auto-biographical to one of the most difficult parts of Lorry Petty’s life. But… I would certainly say it is worth watching.
