She’s still The Ex-Guardian of The Isolated Castle on an exile,
who’d gone about alone that night
taking another extra mile
unprepared for another reality’s bite

The Ex-Guardian is far away from her own Isolated Castle,
but she’d gone into another tower.
That extra mile was dreadful,
for what had awaited her there was far from better.

She’s never a Princess,
so she’s never experienced such grief.
Yet her soul remains restless.
Will she ever find a relief?

There’s got to be more to life than this.
Will all the lost souls find their way to their new home?
She’s certain that this one is forever missed
by the love left behind after they’re long gone.

Will there be a consolation to all?
She has no idea.
She can only hope there won’t be another fall,
and everyone is as well as can be.
