Day Twenty One: What do you first notice about someone you’ve just met?
It doesn’t matter the “first” thing I notice unless they are using filthy language if they are talking like an educated human being, most 1st first thing are usually forgotten in seconds or minutes or maybe even weeks as the professional relationship moves forward. The “know it all” is one first that makes the biggest impression and if it is in every conversation, then I’ll talk to you but I won’t listen. First impressions aren’t always correct so I just move forward and the first thought is always replaced in most circumstances. If they are respectful, considerate, etc that is always a good and lasting first. If they are dressed like a “hood” I am usually not going to push for a conversation however I’m not opposed to a conversation either.
Bottom line: The first thing I notice is “usually” not important. There are exceptions.
