NoJoMo 20 in Day to day life from a woman that turned 60 in Oct 2014 and who lives on a farm and Retired on January 2, 2016. I plan to do more sewing, work outside in the yard and just enjoy my retirement.

Day Twenty: Who is the best boss you’ve ever had?

I guess the best boss was my first boss when I went to work for the government. Government is ruled by regulations. Everything and I mean everything is covered in a regulation. He taught me to read those regulations and know them. I nor anyone else had to agree with the guidance they gave, but if you followed the regulation you were always right.

My how things have changed in my little world.

That boss is now deceased. He had some history and would frustrate me to no end but he knew how to make a green off the street young woman who had no military background learn the right way to take care of Soldiers.
