NoMoJo 10 in Day to day life from a woman that turned 60 in Oct 2014 and who lives on a farm and Retired on January 2, 2016. I plan to do more sewing, work outside in the yard and just enjoy my retirement.

Day Ten: What is your favorite restaurant like? What do you eat there? What’s the decor like?
My favorite? I have several, but I love/crave/would like to be able cook fried rice and taste like it came from an oriental restaurant. But I can’t. I’ve tried. A Lot of times. But there is always something lacking. It’s good, but not great. I eat fried rice and Hunan Chicken when I can get it. Only one restaurant makes the best Hunan Chicken but they had bug issues last time I was there and I haven’t been back. The decor is typical of an Oriental Restaurant.
One other favorite is IHop. Need I say more?
My Mom and MIL were wonderful cooks and on occasion referred to their kitchens as a restaurant. I ate whatever the fixed and it was great. My MIL make the best homemade breads and rolls. My Mom made “to die for” Pecan Pie.

I never know what to get at iHop, so much good food!
I like Chinese food also, our local place has this honey garlic chicken which is amazing.

My husband and I met the first few times at iHop. Pretty good place to eat.
