I work out in Fitness Fun

Been working out a couple of days a week for the past couple of weeks. Feeling better about it finally. Those first couple of workouts back are ROUGH.

Just been trying to get some lifting done and some jogging/sprints on the treadmill. “Sprints” at a 6 lol.

I was gonna write more but baby is waking up. I have her wrapped up on me and usually she stays asleep longer!

Stinker.

Well maybe not…
