The good stuff in Dear John

I appreciate that John came to stay last night, foregoing his only lie in this week to stay with me and get up at the crack of dawn when I had to leave for work.

And I love that last night, when our heads were on the pillows, he gazed at me, smiling, and said 'you're so gorgeous you know'. When I had no make up on, and mismatched pyjamas on, and was sleepy after work.

I love that I know how much he loves me by him just being himself.
