I’ve snuck into work two days this week and managed to shelve a lot of the new books. It really bothers me that so much gets undone when I only work books supposedly one day a week. I worked Saturday Morning pricing, and I came in Tuesday morning to shelve.
So now I am taking one of my book days off.
George has been given his week off, and our days in Catalina are on again. Three nights in an old hotel a block off the bay. This time we will take the Conservancy’s longer tour. And for those days when nothing happens, he has his tablet and I have a pile of books.
- Himself: Work, work, work,!
- Herself: Work, and I won’t pick up and boxes of books today.
- Reading: ”Banker” by Dick Francis.
- Gratitudes: The air is cool and the sun is out. Perfection.
