So Far From The Last Entry in School Chronicles

This class is great. I’m getting a feel of some of the documents I’d be dealing with as a paralegal, but also I am really enjoying my teacher. I did a good job on the complaint drafting assignment, I got a 100% on my quiz/midterm, I did very good on my Motion to Dismiss assignment and the last two assignments are drafting interrogatories and a settlement letter.

Last night’s class, we did a mock deposition. We had a blast. Professor was acting as defendant and plaintiff and then told us that the way he was acting as defendant, a case he had a guy did that. “That” being he was cantankerous, and cussing, and old. It was hilarious, but we all did a good job of objecting and stuff. LOL

Next week is the last class, but I will have him again for my next class. I think this next one will be harder. Not looking forward to that at all, but I am up for the challenge.
