Busy day.. in A Day in the Life of Me

Had the day off work today, hubs is still way, so after running errands this morning, and talking to dad on the phone, I got down to work here for the afternoon.
Made and froze 3 apple pies out of the 10lbs of apples that dad bought and sent up with mom last week, haven’t baked a single one, so i am not sure how they will come out yet, waiting on D to get home first so i can use him as my guinea pig, its the first time i have made apple pies, and i did it it completely from scratch too, right down to the crust!
Also while i was out i found a 3kg Bologna on sale for $15, so i snagged that up, just finished quartering and bagging that up, 8 more meals in the freezer!!! also scored 4 loaves of whole wheat store baked bread for 50% off, so i lugged those home too. And because there store baked there uncut, so i sliced em all up as well before i tossed those in the freezer.

Been doing this new “survey” app on my cell that i found via another site that i linked onto off of swagbucks, its a 10 -day daily diary style survey, apparently it pays out $50 after completion, that will be awesome to put towards some more food, or even xmas presents.

Supposed to be starting a new job next week, still waiting to see if i am going in for a training shift yet or not this saturday.

I always feel a bit better when i can not see the bottom of my apartment sized deep freeze.
