I was having a frustrating time uploading photos to Prosebox books, but, thanks to Simple Mind and G, and some maneuvering around on Flickr!, I think I've finally got it figured out.

Here are a couple of photos of some of my Christmas knitting. I made socks for all the kids and grandkids. They humored me by posing in a circle on Christmas day so my daughter could get a shot of the finished products on the assigned feet.

Socks On Feet

I got the idea of making socks for everyone in early November. I didn't really know if I could pull it off before Christmas, but I managed. If I had been working with sock yarn, rather than worsted, it would not have been possible. While I do wear worsted weight socks in shoes, it is a little heavy for that sort of thing. These socks are basically cozy, winter socks to wear in bed or lounging.

In addition to the socks, I made two scarves, two pair of fingerless mittens, and three knit caps. This is a photo of my grandson modeling his scarf, hat, and mittens on Christmas morning.

These are not colors I would normally have picked for Mason, but they're his school colors. I made the same hat, scarf and mittens for his sister, whose school colors happen to be the same.
