Don’t let people convince you that you secretly
have an agenda if you don’t.
They’re projecting their own agendas onto you.
Just breathe. They’ll move onto someone else.

Just because you’re permanently partly broken
doesn’t mean you can’t do great things.
And also? The other way around too.
Both formulations are real.
Either way it’s true.
Breathe. You can do it.
You can do it and you also don’t have to do it.

We run around trying to force destiny
on ourselves through obsessive plans
by generating back-ups for back-ups
by organizing all our shelves
but at the end all this living in our heads
at best we force disappointment instead.
Try and breathe
get some tea
go to bed.
We’re not in control of anything
and no one else either
it takes a lot for anything to be your fault.
Let yourself dream.
Take a breather.

If you wake up tomorrow,
you’ll have tomorrow.
If you don’t wake up tomorrow,
you’ll have wasted today feeling bad
because you thought you should’ve had
some imaginary power.
You don’t. It’s okay.
Breathe.
