Doctor morning in Day to day life from a woman that turned 60 in Oct 2014 and who lives on a farm and Retired on January 2, 2016. I plan to do more sewing, work outside in the yard and just enjoy my retirement.

Going back to my doctor this morning. Have something going on my lower face and it is nasty. I went Friday and she said she was referring me to a dermatologist. Still no phone call from any dermatologist. It started draining on Monday afternoon and ICK! Stayed home yesterday to take care of it and change coverings throughout the day. This morning I still feel bad, with a headache and I’m beginning to worry. The secretary at work had a staph infection on her arm and her symptoms and mine are very close. Too close for comfort. I will be a walk-in patient this morning to see if she can/will do anything or if I need to go to the ER. I’m supposed to be the gypsy fortune teller at our hail and farewell tomorrow but now I’m getting worried that I won’t be able to go. Also the garbage disposal has a dishcloth hung in it and my sewing machine won’t keep the needle in it. The saying is that things happen in 3s and I’ve succeeded at that little saying in the last few days. Gotta head to the doctors office to wait my turn. Will update when I get the chance.
