A new PM! in Political shit

Ohhh talk about a SIGH OF RELIEF.

Today there was a leadership spill (FINALLY) within the liberal party (much like there was in the Labor party - so the Australian political system must be the laughingstock of the planet right now)

That absolutely BAD Prime Minister of ours has GONE. It’s like a weight off the shoulders.

I still think it was two years too late. He shouldn’t have been voted in in the God-damn first place.

We still have the same party in charge, but now it is Malcolm Turnbull. He’s an interesting character himself, but anyone has to be better than Tony Abbott was.
They changed leaders within the party because they figured there was no way in hell Abbott would win them the next election (which was true). Now Turnbull has only one year to prove himself before the Australian public votes for our next publically-voted PM, and probably gay marriage at the same time.

We’ll get there eventually.
