Pansexual in Random Thoughts

I have been neglectful in my writing duties, especially since a lot has been going on. If i recall correctly, my last two entries were short and promising more information (for whom?) but i did not follow through. I may even have to revisit those entries to get a heads up on my own head back then. Here are a couple bullet points, as i only have a few minutes to write.
- Trip to Reno and Lake Tahoe
- Joining a couple groups-one Meetup and one via a different sort of social media- to try and find a community to be a part of here
- A couple really great weekends with Dios that gives me some perspective

I have been reading and learning more about sexuality, hence my title. Last night i went to a class for a group called Sex Positive Portland- we discussed the range of sexuality and what different terms mean (queer, sapiosexual, gender fluid, etc). At one point my heart started beating fast, connections firing in my brain. We were discussing pansexuality, sapiosexuality, ecosexuality.... all fairly new terms to me. I found myself understanding where/who i am a little better. It was very, very interesting. I know my emotions/views/physical needs have been more on the fringes when compared to what we see as Western monogamous experiences, now i understand a little better. I am incredibly excited to learn more and meet more people like me.

I never have quite fit into the vanilla traditional lifestyle and have suffered somewhat for it.

Well, i have a meeting with the 8th grade teachers. Super exciting.
