Friday in New Diary

I had a bad night . I had stomach problems and almost vomited a couple of times. I couldn’t sleep as well. I was supposed to go shopping today but slept in. Think I will cancel and go next week sometime. There is no pressing need for me to go shopping anyways.

Other than feeling sick and very tired I am in good spirits depression wise. Med is working. Also, anxiety is very low as well. I think this will be a good day for me. in that department. I

Life is good. Always remember the blessings. 1) I am alive. 2) I am in good physical health. 3) I have a wonderful fiancé 4) I have a nice apartment 5 I have food to eat. 6) I have money for meds 7) I have phone internet and cable 8 I have clothes to wear 9 I have interesting books to read. Life is very good.

Despite being sick last night I managed to read for an hour. I started on a new chapter called Marbury v Madison This was a supreme court case heard in 1803 It was one of Marshall’s most famous cases. If I remember right it established the Supreme Court’s right to void acts of Congress unconstitutional if they were contrary to the Constitution. In any case I am on an interesting chapter of a very interesting book.
