This and that in In the Kingdom of Suzu

Getting our monthly massages tonight, they always energize me but mellow jeff out.

PrincessM turned 9 a week ago, she is still a diva tho.

PrincessE started kindergarten, mom and dad handled it well.

Jeff plays Saturday and I WILL go. The last couple of gigs I just wasn’t up to it so I really should go to this one.

We are headed to NC a week from Saturday so want to get cleaning and pack list together as during the week things are hectic. We are taking the two oldest princesses, should be interesting. My daughter will bring them to our house Saturday and we will go half way, stay overnight, then finish up on Sunday. We are stopping at my MIL’s Sunday to Monday and then heading to the OBX. MIL and SIL were also going to come, then only MIL and now it sounds as if they are only going to come over for a day. Oh well. We will stay at the beach til Friday morning then head back to MIL for overnight and then head home Saturday. I’m excited.

No new drama at work, altho one of my co-workers left to become a judge’s secretary—not the one that my friend LadyM worked for and had the blow up—but another judge whose secretary retired. Lady M’s judge is on vacation this week but the position has not been filled, makes me wonder if she has someone in mind and is going to by-pass the posting part, didn’t think she could do that but who knows. LadyM is doing ok, has applications out and is going to go back to school for nursing.
