A radiant sadness has crept upon us. A prevailing wind of darkness, invisible but hinted in our words
A leprous stain on our inner flesh. It merits our attention yet we cure ourselves with words of dismay and fail to seek the cure.
Has our inner light been suffocated by the neverending flogging of our senses. Death, war, hate, unempathetic spinning ball of blood and waste. The light in our eyes has died.
pain begets pain.
fears are just life reactive
loving touch feels radioactive
nothing here to love or see
crowded room of only me
population six billion plus
screams heard.... zero.
I make myself pretty
I make myself fine
I dip me in chocolate
I taste pure divine
you lay down beside me
and make me to bed
and when I awaken
I wish I were dead
