U Shore Gots A Purdee Mouth in Hello

Freaks And Geeks is on in the background. I didn’t want to get sucked into this show but well, when I was sick a few weeks ago I watched a few episodes. Hooked.

I start a temp job Monday with a DoD contractor doing more machining. For now it is temp…but fingers crossed for it to turn into something big. Not getting my hopes up for now.

Funny thing is I had an interview with another manufacturing company on Monday. This one pays more. The girl from the temp service actually texted me from her personal phone. When I e-mailed her back today saying that I was thanking her for the offer but turning it down. She later texted me again saying no apologies necessary, maybe a spot for me open on a future date and was looking forward to meeting me. (We had talked on the phone twice about the job and exchanged a few e-mails.) Well, that’s about the term that little part in my brain starts talking to me. That little part is responsible for a lot of grief, heart ache, and general annoyances. But at the same time that little part has gotten me laid more times than I can count and is responsible some of the more…adventurous nights I’ve ever had.

That little voice says:

“This girl is flirting with me. Let’s see how far I can go with this.”
