Getting closer!!!! in blackpropaganda

Things are getting serious here. In a week we travel to London to stay for a couple of days, to see the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, maybe more exhibitions, the main aim being to be ready to get down to the starting port for our cruise.

The is a real problem of what to take since we are travelling to Iceland and Greenland before getting down to Newfoundland and Nova Scotia, then down the St Lawrence with main stops in Montreal and Quebec City. We shall be cruising the St Lawrence Seaway - and then back to Newfoundland and then across the Atlantic to the UK. Lots of different weather conditions, as well as onboard kit, including a DJ for formal dinners. We went to the Baltic on the same ship and that was very good - but this is something else. This trip will take 36 days - and people we talk to about it get really excited - but can I take 36 days in a cabin with my wife????
If anyone has any views about likely weather conditions in that area in August let me know.

We got the tickets today and know where out cabin is - and twin beds which cannot be put together - what a relief!!!! Only joking, of course.
