7/7 in --

Cannon said “I love you” for the first time!!! He said it to me. Oh my gosh, it melted my whole heart. He also gave me a kiss after he said it. My boy. <3

He’s making such great progress, I am so proud of him!

Lorelei will be a year old in a couple of weeks. That went so fast. :(
She’s saying more words now too. She can say hi, mama, dada, cat, bye, that’s, and this. She’s walking 100% of the time. She can carry things while she walks. She’s almost running! She climbs stuff like nobody’s business too.

I was thinking earlier about how although our situation is pretty stressful right now (we moved out of our rental house, had to stay with Jacob’s parents for a week, and we are moving into the new house tomorrow), we always have a lot of laughter and hugs/kisses/snuggles in our family. It’s such a warm place to be, and I’m always so grateful for it. Sometimes it is difficult to see past my little grey cloud of stress and no sleep, but this is how I always wanted life to be.

Anyway, I’d better try to get some homework done!
