i’m pretty sure buttermilk bread is white bread. and there’s melatonin in white bread. and melatonin as a lot of people know helps w/ sleep.
well ok. so I didn’t have much trouble falling asleep this a.m. [between 5 and 6] whereas I usually do. the reason I went to sleep when I did besides that I have been lately. is that i’d be waking up at 11. well so I set my alarm for 11:20. w/ waking up. and other things I don’t like doing them right on the hr. so when it was either. 10:40 or 10:50 a.m. I got out of bed [so I got out of bed before my alarm went off] went to my drawer and took the clock out. and turned the alarm off. and then went back to sleep until 11:20 when jenn woke me up.
so it’s not an issue of setting the alarm. [I’ve been setting my phone one for different times for the last. month or so]. and it’s not an issue of hearing it. or waking up. no it’s an issue of staying actually physiclally up. or what I call ‘getting up’. cause to me ‘getting up’ is where you actually physically get up. like someone gets up from a chair. or a sofa. or you know w/e.
so ok. it’s easier for me to get up when I have somewhere to go on the bus. when I have like an outside force contributing to that. idk how else to put it.........that might not be exactly what I mean. like if i’m walking somewhere. it doesn’t work.
also it’s so weird for me to be up early. well 11:20 isn’t that early since I usually wake up at 2. or after. I was thinking about that when I woke up. like god what do normal people do? I mean I know what to do it’s just such a weird thing to me to be up then. I have all this extra time. well it’s the same amount of time actually it just seems like there’s more cause i’m not sleepin.
