I think. part of my depression has to do w/ protein deficiency. [however. all my b vitamins. er ‘b vitamins’. fat soluble vitamin levels are good, so]. yeah earlier I was looking up the signs of protein deficiency. one of them is severe depression. my depression is really bad. I don’t think that’s all of it but I think it’s part of it.
i’m a vegetarian. well actually i’m not. but everyone thinks I am. I don’t want them making those kindof exceptions for me. I don’t want them to start adding meat to my dinners. that kindof thing.and i’m putting this bc I know meat has protein in it. well hummus does too. hummus is awesome. and peanut butter. which reminds me...........
