Fecund things - with pics in blackpropaganda

Things happened at home while we were away - not least the garden became more fecund - and today, since it was nice, it was time to mow the lawn - but these were the revelation - the yucca, which looked dormant when we left has burst into flower - the brilliant whiteness in the sunshine

and the red hot pokers have emerged - there was a time when they produced a great display - but just four this year - and looking a bit saggy - ah yes, it comes to all of us with age - I am just waiting for the birds to start nibbling them - (oh mrs)

Otherwise it was getting back into the walking groove - and checking what else we are doing this week.
