Ya gotta have faith in Random Thoughts

My mantra:

Have faith
Trust
No need for control
Listen and pay attention
Communicate and open up

Those cards don’t need to be held so close, it is ok to share.

I am finding that constantly being around and in communication with Dios is exasperating my anxieties and insecurity. Perhaps that is because on any other normal day I have the space to be with myself- review and reflect, decompress, recognize the distorted thinking and deal with it. I think I need to just make sure that I am writing more (here and in my paper journal).

This has happened before, in a different way. In 2008 I traveled to Ireland with my brother and by the end, I had some funkyweird distorted mindstuff going on. I was ready to be done with that trip and it was only 10 days.

I feel much better now that we are back from Greece. I am not sure what was going on.
