Okay! So…uh…life updates. I moved from the house in the middle of nowhere with the god awful internet to an apartment with bonkers good internet. Also the apartment itself is cool and even though my room is very small, it’s cute so I can deal.
Got a couple auditions coming up I’m gonna shoot for. Need to find myself some contrasting monologues and one of them requires headshots so that’s probably not going to go well as I cannot afford such extravagances. Still, I look forward to doing some pro-style auditioning.
A necessary follow up to my late-night, depression-induced rant about how I screwed things up with Roxy: I did not. She very much wants to try it again but we’ve been plagued back and forth with difficulties. First I get an awful coughy, throaty thingy and have to cancel and when I start getting better she ups the ante by getting appendicitis. I did go and visit her on Saturday to hang out for a bit and she appreciated it. For now, we’re keeping things going via text messaging and things are looking good. We’ve managed to discuss expectations for how things between us may progress, she prefers to take things very slowly which is a relief to me.

Cute rooms are the sweetest, and I'm glad you like the new place! Also, glad things with Roxy have been smoothed over. Appendicitis, though, yikes. Poor girl! Taking it slooow is the way to gooo. (thumbs up)

If she's willing to see you when she has appendicitis she must like you! When mine burst I pretty much wanted to tell the entire world to go fuck itself... Hope she's feeling better soon :)

Oh, she definitely wanted to be visited, I'm not special in that regard. She's been enjoying having people come visit her. She got lucky, too, and got it out before it burst or anything gnarly like that.
