    Deadlifts:
    5 @ 135, 5 @ 185 lbs, 5 @ 225 lbs, 4 @ 265 lbs
    3, 3, 5 @ 285 lbs (+10 lbs)
    3 @ 305 lbs
    2 @ 315 lbs
    1 @ 325 lbs
    10, 10, 10 @ 165 lbs

    Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squats: 5 @ BW
    15, 13, 11 @ 20 lbs (+5 lbs)

    Crux of workout: 67 minutes
    Bonus: Ten minutes treadmill

I should be confident next week @ 295 lbs. If I peter out at 305, that’s fine, I can still backcycle to 295 and continue.
