Not much time to write but what the hey. Mother’s Day was good. The kids and grands all came down and we ended getting Papa John’s pizza. I had fixed macaroni salad so we had it with the pizza and some chips. The big girls went by Walmart and got a couple of frozen cream pies which were both tasty and went great with the pizza for dessert. I got a new bird feeder and new T-shirt from son and DIL and A and Owen gave me money to buy some flowers, which I did last night. They aren’t planted yet, but they are here when I get ready and time.
Last night I used the weed eater to get behind the house. I didn’t do the whole back side of the hill just along the back side of the house. It took me a while and then I cleaned the gutter out back there. Ahhh. Feel better about getting both done.
Dad called and then brought down 4 tomato plants that he had extra. They are with the flowers I bought and intend to put the tomatoes and the peppers that I haven’t got planted yet in the little garden spot.
Pray for Dude as he’s been off work with pain in his right shoulder and arm. He goes for a MRI this afternoon. He only had 2 days sick leave so they are going to be running short until this issue is resolved and hopefully it can be resolved quickly. I know he’s worried about their bills but I can help them out for a bit. Just not very long. :( Lots of guessing going on to what the problem is and I hope today they actually can determine the cause and the fix.
Jacob has his breathing test on Monday. Sorta. He tried hard to follow directions and did so, however he didn’t or couldn’t blow out long enough for the test to continue. The technician was very sweet and tried everything she could think of including a game of bowling on her system. Still didn’t get him to blow long enough. She could however see that after she gave him a breathing treatment that he did better and levels went up. Not sure what will happen next, but the journey continues.
Out of time and must get J up. Take care and God Bless
