    Cycle II, Week 6: Upper B

    Yesterday's nutrition: Good.
    Last night's sleep: 7 hours.

    Chins: 3 @ BW
    5, 4, 3 @ +25 lbs (+5 lbs)
    DB Press: 5 @ 30 lbs
    5, 5, 9 @ 42.5 lbs (-7.5 lbs)

    Cable Row: 5 @ 77 lbs
    10, 10, 13 @ 110 lbs
    DB Bench Press: 5 @ 40 lbs
    10, 10, 9 @ 60 lbs

    EZ-BB Curl: 10, 10, 13 @ 50 lbs (-5 lbs)
    Tricep Pushdown: 10, 10, 13 @ 55 lbs (-5 lbs)

    Crux of workout: 67 minutes

Felt really out of it on Sunday, so I pushed my abs/calves/cardio down a day. I think I needed it, I felt far less fatigued this workout than usual.

I’ll decide later whether to grind chins a little or to just backcycle. If I match next week, obviously I’ll backcycle anyway.

The performance to beat for presses was 5/5/7, so I beat that by two reps. Weight felt light.

Added a rep to bench. Aaand, backcycling armwork had the desired effect of making the weight feel lighter.
