DB Press:
10, 10, 8 @ 35 lbs (+2.5 lbs)
Wide-Grip Lat Pull:
10, 10, 13 @ 121 lbs (+6 lbs)
Reverse Fly: 10, 10, 12 @ 10 lbs
One-Arm Cable Lateral Raise: 10, 8, 7 @ 10 lbs
Crux of workout: 60 minutes
I’ve really underestimated how much exercise helps with my anxiety. By the third day “of rest” my anxiety was back with a vengeance. Ugh. I decided to skip my deload yesterday, focus on getting good sleep, and resume today. I got four days off in a row, and my joints are thanking me.
I uh, had too much instant coffee this morning. Whoops. I’m still feeling vague nausea, but I know it’ll pass.
I’m supposed to go hiking today. I’ll see how I feel tomorrow in terms of squatting.
