I’m too tired to write a long entry but thought I’d write the past 2 days activities before I forget them.
Took J back to the doctor yesterday and no crackling or wheeziness in the lungs. Yay!! Still will continue breathing treatments but 2X a day and she wants to him to have an inhaler. So, he has an inhaler. He can take it to work with him if he needs to use it. Big bucks for that thing too. $60.

Kept waiting for rain and it stayed cloudy with big dark clouds but no rain. It was about 59 degrees but I decided to go ahead and mow as the yard was looking a bit shabby. I got chilly mowing but got ur done and then fixed J and some supper. They had pork loin on sale at the local grocery store and I bought an 10 lb piece and the butcher cut it into steaks/chops and there were also some ribs cuts. Wow did I get a good deal on pork!! I just kept putting packages of loin steak in my freezer and decided to cook 2 for our supper. I thought A might eat with us but she was going to meet a friend for supper so J and I will have leftover pork Sunday or Monday night.

Owen stayed with me last night and got up at 6:30 this morning. I was already up so it was no big deal. After it got a little warmer outside and we ate some cereal for breakfast we began working in the yard. Owen is already pretty good at weed eating. It was his first time at using the weed eater but I was very proud of my oldest grandson. He loved it and wouldn’t hardly stop. lol Hope that continues!! He didn’t even quarrel when I’d have him go back to area where he had missed some grass or weeds.

Then it was planting time. Fixed up a barrel for some of the tomato seedlings that I hope are big enough to survive. Owen planted 3 plants in the barrel and if they all do make it, it may be a bit crowded for them. Got one of hte containers of cucumbers placed and dug a hole for one of the Peonies. I watched a video today on planting them and dug up the one I had already planted, soaked in a bucket of water with the other one for a couple of hours and have planted one tonight and will plant the other one tomorrow.

Then Owen and I went with my sister and nephew to Lowe’s, Walmart, and Wendys. Owen’s mom was waiting for us in the driveway when we got back. Opps. sorry I don’t stay home ALL the time. Just most of the time. lol

J and I return to the routine on Monday. I’m not going to dread it. I’m not going to dread it. I only have a few more months to go.

Take care and God Bless
