Twitter: Oh, Amazon in Book Two: The Fifteenth Year of the Third Millennium of the Common Era

Does anyone know how to file a complaint on Amazon.com? Because… this is downright irritating:::

On January 27th; I placed a Pre-Order for Mortal Kombat X (released on April 14th). The billing and shipping information declare that the game needed to arrive in Omaha, Nebraska.
On April 13th, at 5 pm… the game is shipped from Phoenix, AZ.
On April 14th, at 8 am… the game arrives at Phoenix, AZ.
On April 14th, at 5 pm… the game is shipped from Phoenix, AZ.
On April 17th, at 12:22 am… the game arrives at Melrose Park, IL.

So, in other words… I pre-ordered a game 77 days before release date. The day before it was supposed to arrive… it is being shipped from over 1297 miles west of my location… at which point it bounces around to different carriers still 1297 miles to the west of my location. When it finally leaves the location, it arrives 3 days after it was supposed to arrive… but now 470 miles to the east of my location. I cannot possibly conceive of a business believing that this is acceptable behavior.
