er well I mean I do sleep. but I don’t fee like I do. um. for the past 6 months I’ve had what’s known as ‘broken sleep’. i’ll go tls go to sleep* [there we go] sometime between 3 and 5 a.m. and then i’ll wake up sometime well the first time it’ll be 7. then 8. a.m. then 9. and so on. as of late.
I also never sleep well and I never get sleepy unless i’m drunk. I’ve also been sleeping lighter. but see up until yesterday it never bothered me cause I got so used to it. I think the drinking’s contributed to it. [well yeah if I hadn’t noticed it much before]. so basically I wake up every hr. and then go back to sleep. and right when I first wake up I um. I don’t form thoughts v. well. so i’m not sure what keeps waking me up. and if I did i’d be able to better understand this. it might be noise it might not I don’t know. so the last time I wake up during this process is at 2:40 p.m. and then i’m up for the day. so I get about. um. 10 - 12 hrs. of sleep. so I just recently read that for people who wake up as often as I do [and then like I said go back to sleep] it takes 45 mins. for full REM sleep to set in I. think. so I figure that cuts my sleeping time in half. so i’m really only getting 5 - 6 hrs. of sleep. I do sleep though. so the other day I was thinking about this. and if I slept like. 5 - 6 hrs. more then that would. ........... increase my sleeping time twice. how it is now. er I mean. it would double is what I meant. but I think my body will only let me sleep a certain amount of hrs. and then it’s like ‘ok i’m done sleepin you’re getting up now’.
i’m not really looking for advice, or anything. this is more news than anything though if anyone relates then please go on.
