so at first I thought this was really cheesy. so during Motown the lady who plays Diana sings this song [‘reach out and touch somebody’s hand’ I mean that song]. and she’s like ‘ok now I want everyone to hold hands w/ the person next to you. I don’t care if you know them’. well the person next to me happened to be my mom, so. it as said was really cheesy at first and then it’s like hey. it felt like we were all. one. ya know? like no one cared what you looked like or who you were w/ or w/e. it’s like this is what love is. genuine human love and compassion.
