As well as looking around when I’m out and about with a camera I also look down, it was looking down I saw this stone set in a laities of cracks, this was on a path on the Sand Hills in Perranporth.
Crossing a field I noticed this raged crack what had been mud last week, the cold wind had dried the mud quickly and forming the cracks.
My intent was to walk along a farm lane, the first part was rather soft under foot, and after a few yards move I found my self in an area of standing water; an area best crossed in wellingtons not my shoes!
Leaf bud on the trees was opening, and the Blackthorn was just coming into flower.
And the Pussywillow was opening.
Of course the Bramble was just coming into leaf, there was the new spring leaf and the leaf from last year.
When I was tacking these images the weather was rather mixed, the last few days have been warm and sunny but still with a cool wind!
